What is Fruitarianism vs veganism?
Vegan: Veganism is a lifestyle and diet that seeks to exclude the use of animal products for ethical, health, or environmental reasons. Fruitarian: Fruitarianism, on the other hand, is a subcategory of veganism that is based on a diet that primarily consists of fruits

Eating vegan means only consuming foods that come from plants. In other words, vegans eat fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds, and they avoid all meat (including fish), dairy products, eggs, and honey. Defining veganism can get complicated, but that is dietary veganism at its core.

What are the basics of being a vegan?

A vegan diet is based on plants (such as vegetables, grains, nuts and fruits) and foods made from plants. Vegans do not eat foods that come from animals, including dairy products and eggs.

How do I start being a vegan slowly?

Start gradually

Start by eliminating two animal-based foods and replacing them with a healthier alternative. ...

Increase consumption of whichever fruits and vegetables that you love or already have at home. ...

Try new fruits and vegetables that you don't eat regularly, adding one or two a week.

For your health

Well-planned vegan diets follow healthy eating guidelines, and contain all the nutrients that our bodies need. Both the British Dietetic Association and the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recognise that they are suitable for every age and stage of life. Some research has linked that there are certain health benefits to vegan diets with lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and lower rates of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and some types of cancer.

Going vegan is a great opportunity to learn more about nutrition and cooking, and improve your diet. Getting your nutrients from plant foods allows more room in your diet for health-promoting options like whole grains, fruit, nuts, seeds and vegetables, which are packed full of beneficial fibre, vitamins and minerals.

Why I you decide to go vegan?

Animal welfare and moral values

 

This is a key reason for many people in their decision to start and continue a vegan diet. Many vegans strongly believe that all animals, including those that have long been staples in diets all over the world, have a right to life and freedom

Teaching animal welfare in my academy and community here in Giovinazzo Bari, Italy.

The awareness alone was a huge success here in Giovinazzo, Italy. Sharing the leaflets and teaching about animal rights to them makes them want to participate in raising and campaigning with me as part of our next agenda.

At first, some of them don't even understand that there is animal rights to be protected especially the African here in Italy. Coaching them, the basic makes it educational. Now, we are focusing on training/ Teaching as much as possible to advocate for animal rights, health and vegan.

How do I start living a healthy lifestyle?
Changing to a healthy lifestyle is a common goal, but where should you actually begin? After deciding you want to make a change, the next step is to believe you can actually do it and come up with a plan.

How can I change my unhealthy lifestyle?
Identify the bad or unhealthy habits in your life that you want to change. Then, for each habit come up with the reason you want to change. Maybe it's for your own mental wellbeing or so you can play with your grandkids.
Hold yourself accountable for making those changes. Don't blame others or a lack of time for not being able to change your bad habits. Just like you would hold a loved one accountable if they made a promise, make a promise to yourself.
Remove the negative triggers in your life. If social media makes you feel bad about yourself, delete the account. If drinking alcohol makes you crave a cigarette, take a break from alcohol. You probably already know what triggers your bad habits, find a way to avoid those triggers.
Believe that you can change. Half the battle in finding success is telling yourself you can do something. Ignore your negative self-talk and replace it with a visualization of you finding success in the changes you want to make.
Know that it will take time and you might have setbacks. Changing isn't easy and there might be days where you fail. Instead of letting that failure win, just continue working hard.

Physical activity stimulates many brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious. You also may feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

Although most of us have been fortunate enough to experience the mood-boosting effects of working out, wouldn’t it be interesting to have the answer to how and why does exercise make you happy?

 

In other words, what is it about moving your body that helps improve your mood and provides some of the other mental health benefits of being active?

 

Evidence suggests that the foundational effects of exercise that are largely responsible for many of the physical health benefits—that is, the increase in blood circulation due to your elevated heart rate—is also chiefly responsible for the mechanisms by which exercise boosts your mental state.

 

At rest, your heart rate is slow because your muscles are not contracting forcefully, rapidly, or consistently, so the heart only needs to pump a minimal amount of blood to your organs, muscles, and other tissues of the body to keep them perfused.

Why is Learning English so Important?

The reasons to learn English are widely evident in scientific research, business, and education. The English language came to be known as the lingua franca. English enhanced part of our daily life, no matter in which country we live. Learning English requires consistent practice and patience. 

 

Speaking English enables us to broaden our memory, from job opportunities to relate to people from every country.
